TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

USE OF OUR WEBSITE

By accessing and using this website and placing orders through it, you agree to the following:

  1. You will use the website only to make genuine enquiries and legally valid orders.

  2. You will not place any false or fraudulent orders. If such an order is reasonably suspected, YBE reserves the right to cancel the order and inform the appropriate authorities.

  3. You agree to provide accurate and truthful contact information including email address, postal address, and any other required details. This information may be used to contact you regarding your order.

  4. If you fail to provide all the necessary information, we will not be able to process your order.

 

 

CONTRACT

Once you place an order, you will receive:

  • An Order Confirmation via email or SMS, and

  • A Shipping Confirmation once the product is dispatched.

 

 

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All orders are subject to product availability. If we face difficulties in supplying the ordered items or if they are out of stock, we reserve the right to:

  • Offer substitute products of similar value and quality, or

  • Issue a full refund if you choose not to accept the alternatives.

 

 

RIGHT TO REFUSE ORDER

While we strive to process all orders, YBE reserves the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order at any time, even after an Order Confirmation has been sent, under exceptional circumstances.

  • Modify or remove any content, material, or product listing from the website at any time.

We shall not be liable to you or any third party for such changes, refusals, or cancellations.

 

 

DELIVERY

Subject to product availability and unforeseen circumstances, we aim to deliver products:

  • By the date indicated in the Delivery Confirmation, or

  • Within 30 days from the date of Order Confirmation if no specific date is mentioned.

Delivery is deemed complete once the goods are physically received by you or a third party at your provided address, as evidenced by the signing of the delivery receipt.

 

 

PRICE AND PAYMENT

  • We strive for pricing accuracy. In case of a pricing error, we will inform you and provide the option to reconfirm or cancel your order.

  • If the error is obvious and unmistakable, we are not obliged to honor the incorrect price even after a Shipping Confirmation is sent.

  • All prices are exclusive of delivery charges, which will be added at checkout.

  • Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

 

 

RETURN POLICY

Standard Returns

  • Orders placed outside sale periods are eligible for return within 15 days of delivery.

  • Returned products must be unwashed, unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Certain items are non-returnable, including:

    • Caps, hats, masks, boxers, shorts, bodysuits, crop tops, tank tops, baby tees

    • Stationery items such as stickers

YBE reserves the right to reject returns if:

  • Items appear used, worn, washed, or soiled

  • Products are damaged (unless received damaged)

Reverse Pickup

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged only upon confirmation from our Customer Experience Team.

  • If you received a defective item, email images to info@ybe.com within 24 hours.

  • Once approved, pickups will be scheduled within 48 hours.

  • Customers must ensure returned items are packaged securely.

  • A ₹100 reverse pickup charge applies.

  • Products purchased during Sale or Diwali Clearance Sale are non-returnable and non-refundable.

 

 

REFUND POLICY

  • Refunds for returned items will be issued in the form of a YBE Gift Card.

  • Delivery charges will not be refunded.

  • Refunds are processed once the returned items pass quality inspection.

  • Damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Note: Each order is eligible for return up to two (2) consecutive times only.

 

 

GIFT CARD TERMS

  • YBE Gift Card value can only be used on ybe.com.

  • Gift Cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be used in physical stores.

  • Products purchased using Gift Cards are eligible for replacement only, not exchange.

 

 

SPECIAL PRODUCT RETURN & GUARANTEE

Products eligible for 15-day return:

  • Supima products

  • Black Wide-Leg Sweatpants

  • Black Utility Straight Fit Pant

3-Month Guarantee on:

  • Supima products

  • Wide-Leg Sweatpants (All Colors)

  • Sporty Straight Fit Pant (All Colors)

  • Everyday Joggers (All Colors)

  • Black Utility Straight Fit Pant

Covered defects include:

  • Loose stitching, fading, pilling, misaligned prints, shrinkage beyond limits, etc.

Not covered:

  • Damage due to improper care, excessive wear, environmental exposure, or misuse.

Customers must provide:

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Once approved, YBE will:

  • Arrange pickup within 7 days

  • Cover return shipping for verified defects

  • Refund the value to your YBE Gift Card

 

 

FRAUD PREVENTION

To protect customers and YBE:

  • All returns are inspected for authenticity and condition

  • Fraudulent return attempts will be reported to authorities

 

 

MODIFICATION OF TERMS

YBE reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time. All changes will be made keeping customer interests in mind.

 

 

GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

All transactions and services are governed by the laws of India, and subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

 

 

INVOICE & TAXES

  • A proper invoice will be provided at the time of delivery.

  • All applicable taxes are included in the product price as per prevailing Indian laws.
